David Zatuchni graduated from Northwestern University School of Law in 1995.  Since that time, he has exclusively practiced in the field of employment law.  For many years, Mr. Zatuchni defended large corporations in all types of employment discrimination lawsuits and labor law matters.  In 2000, Zatuchni & Associates was founded with the single purpose of providing employees the best possible legal representation in their fight against the companies and corporate behemoths that Mr. Zatuchni previously represented.   Mr. Zatuchni founded the Firm on the guiding principle that high quality legal services should not be the exclusive province of corporate employers, and that employees and workers deserve precisely the same kind of excellent, "big firm" quality representation.

Mr. Zatuchni represents clients in both in State and federal court in New Jersey and New York.
